Are your filament spools compatible with a specific printer or AMS/MMU setup?
Due to the wide variety of filaments and printers on the market (and potential differences in spool sizes even within the same brand) we can't guarantee spool compatibility with any specific printer or AMS system.
Feedback from our customers indicates that most spools will work in a majority of setups, but some filament holders or MMUs may require a lid to be propped open slightly, or modifications to be made to the spool itself, for best results.
There are many free community-created solutions available to adapt MMU setups like the AMS, found on sites like MakerWorld or Thingiverse - search for "AMS Riser" or "AMS Lite Adapter" for ideas and printable files.
Note: Cardboard spools are not compatible with most multi-material systems and may damage or clog the unit without modification. (Search 'cardboard spool adapter' on MakerWorld or Thingiverse for examples)
