Can I buy additional robotic components?

Additional robotic components are available for replacement or purchase. Please contact Forward Education for details. 

 

1. One of my robotic components broke or is not working:

To ensure it is a hardware issue, we recommend swapping the component for another component in the kit, or the same component from another kit. You should also try swapping the cable connector to ensure it's not a cable issue.

If the above methods reinforce that it is an issue with the component, it may be broken or defective. If your product is under warranty, a replacement component may be available at no cost. Please submit a support ticket here. 

If your product is not under warranty, you can submit a support ticket to inquire about purchasing a new component. Robotic components are not currently available for purchase online, however you can view available robotic components here.

2. I'd like to add additional robotic components to my kit: 

If there's a robotic components or sensors you'd like to add to your kit, you may be able to purchase these additional components individually. Robotic components are not currently available for purchase online, however you can view available robotic components here.

**Please note that using multiple of the same robotic component in one kit may or may not be possible depending on the component. Please view this Knowledge Base article for details.
